How will my order be shipped?

 
How are heat sensitive products shipped?

Products that are sensitive to heat are provided with cooling pads and shipped especially in summer at high temperatures.

Depending on the condition, the cooling pads can be reused or disposed of as residual waste.


What to do in the event of shipping damage?

If your goods arrive damaged, please let us know immediately.
Your delivery will always be sent as an insured package.


With which shipping service provider will my order be shipped?


The delivery is principally sent with the Austrian Post.
After the goods have been handed over, you will receive a separate email with the respective tracking number. You can track the shipment with the shipment number on the Post website (www.post.at).

If you want to receive your delivery with another shipping service provider (GLS or DPD), please let us know!


How long does it take to transport my delivery?


In principle, shipping takes between 1-3 working days.
If your goods are on the move longer, please let us know.


When will my order be delivered via the "Salzburg Stadt" delivery service (post code: 5020)?


If your delivery address is within Salzburg City, we will deliver your order personally.

Please provide us with a telephone number for this, which we can contact.

The goods will be delivered immediately after payment and if there is sufficient inventory.

Please note, cash payment is not possible when the goods are handed over!
